MEET THE ARTIST
 Brenda Kitchens has been a resident of Pascagoula for the past 25 years. She is a self-taught artist who loves to paint in watercolor and acrylics. She has painted murals in Jackson County and has been commissioned to do several posters, such as Christmas by the River and Fall-De-Rah for Moss Point, and The Wizard of Oz for Lucedale. Her business is named Kitsue Originals.
In the past, she has had her prints displayed on the area phone book covers. As a design artist, Brenda designs logos for businesses and paints wearables for groups for holidays such as Mardi Gras and St Patricks Day.
